Technical SEO Services in Dubai
I fix the technical problems that stop your website from being crawled, indexed and ranked on Google. You work directly with me, a technical SEO specialist based in Deira, with no account managers and no hand-offs.
Technical SEO is the practice of improving a website's infrastructure so search engines can crawl, render and index its pages efficiently. It includes site speed, mobile usability, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, structured data, HTTPS and clean site architecture, and it forms the foundation every other SEO activity depends on.
Why technical SEO matters for Dubai websites
Dubai searchers are mostly on mobile, compare options quickly and leave slow sites within seconds. If Google cannot crawl or render your pages properly, great content and strong branding will not appear in results, whatever your budget.
Competition in real estate, healthcare, hospitality, e-commerce and professional services is high. Technical health is often the difference between page one and page three when two sites have similar content and links.
Many UAE websites also carry extra complexity: bilingual English and Arabic pages, multiple service areas, heavy image galleries, third-party booking or chat scripts and page builders that add code weight. Each of these needs careful technical handling.
What my technical SEO service covers
- Crawlability: robots.txt rules, crawl budget, internal link structure, orphan pages and redirect chains.
- Indexing: Google Search Console coverage errors, noindex tags, canonical conflicts and duplicate content.
- Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP and CLS improved through image, script, font and caching fixes.
- Mobile usability: responsive layout, tap targets, viewport settings and mobile rendering checks.
- Structured data: Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Article, Product and Breadcrumb schema, validated.
- XML sitemaps: clean, segmented sitemaps submitted and monitored.
- Site architecture: logical URLs, breadcrumbs, hierarchy and navigation that distribute authority well.
- International SEO: hreflang for English and Arabic, and correct UAE targeting.
- Security and HTTPS: SSL, mixed content, HSTS and clean redirects from HTTP and www variants.
- AI search readiness: crawler access for AI engines, entity clarity and answer-ready page structure.
Core Web Vitals targets I work toward
Google measures page experience using three Core Web Vitals, assessed at the 75th percentile of real user visits. These are the thresholds for a "good" rating.
| Metric | Measures | Good | Common Dubai fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) | Loading speed | 2.5 s or less | Compress hero images, use WebP, preload key assets, upgrade hosting |
| Interaction to Next Paint (INP) | Responsiveness | 200 ms or less | Defer chat widgets, trim page-builder scripts, reduce third-party tags |
| Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) | Visual stability | 0.1 or less | Set image dimensions, reserve space for banners and fonts |
Lab tools such as PageSpeed Insights help diagnose problems, but I prioritise real-user field data from Search Console.
How a technical SEO audit works
- Crawl the website. A full crawl finds broken links, redirect chains, duplicate titles, blocked resources and thin pages.
- Check indexing. I review Search Console to see which pages Google indexes, excludes or errors on, and why.
- Measure speed. Core Web Vitals are tested on mobile and the biggest loading and layout problems identified.
- Validate structured data. Existing schema is checked for errors and missing rich result types are added.
- Prioritise and fix. You receive a plan ranked by impact and effort. I can implement it with your developer or directly.
Common technical SEO problems I find
Pages not indexed
Accidental noindex tags, staging settings left live, or robots.txt rules blocking whole folders are among the most common and most costly issues.
Slow mobile performance
Oversized images, unoptimised sliders, heavy page-builder output and many tracking scripts regularly push mobile load times well beyond Google's targets.
Duplicate and conflicting URLs
HTTP and HTTPS, www and non-www, trailing slashes and filter parameters can create duplicates that split ranking signals.
Missing or broken schema
Without valid structured data, search engines and AI assistants have less certainty about who you are, what you offer and where you operate.
Weak internal linking
Important service pages buried several clicks deep or linked with vague anchors receive less authority and crawl attention.
Technical SEO for AI search and answer engines
Search now includes Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity and Gemini, which pull answers from pages they can crawl, understand and trust. Technical SEO supports this directly.
- Allow legitimate search and AI crawlers in robots.txt, and avoid content that only loads via heavy JavaScript.
- Declare your brand and author entities with Organization, Person and sameAs profile links.
- Structure pages with question headings followed by concise 40 to 60 word answers.
- Add FAQ, HowTo and Breadcrumb schema where the content genuinely matches.
- Keep facts, contact details and service areas consistent across your site and profiles.
Tools and data I use
I work from your own accounts, so you always see the same data I do.
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- PageSpeed Insights
- Screaming Frog
- Rich Results Test
- Schema validator
- Chrome DevTools
You own every account and asset. Timelines are honest and no ranking is guaranteed.
Areas and industries I support
I work with businesses across Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JLT, Jumeirah, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, in person or remotely.
Industries include real estate, e-commerce, healthcare and clinics, restaurants and hospitality, fitness and wellness, professional services, education and tourism.
Technical SEO questions answered
What is technical SEO?
Technical SEO is the process of improving a website's infrastructure so search engines can crawl, render, index and rank its pages. It covers site speed, mobile usability, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, structured data and security.
How much does technical SEO cost in Dubai?
Cost depends on site size, platform and the number of issues found. After a free audit you receive a fixed quote for a one-off fix project or a monthly plan, so you only pay for work your website needs.
How long does technical SEO take to show results?
Indexing and crawl fixes can show movement in 2 to 6 weeks. Speed and Core Web Vitals improvements usually reflect in Google data after about 28 days. Ranking gains typically build over 3 to 6 months.
Why is my website not showing on Google?
Common causes are a noindex tag, pages blocked in robots.txt, missing sitemap submission, duplicate content, slow rendering or a new domain Google has not yet crawled. An index coverage review in Search Console identifies the exact cause.
What are Core Web Vitals?
Core Web Vitals are Google's page experience metrics: Largest Contentful Paint (loading, target 2.5 seconds or less), Interaction to Next Paint (responsiveness, target 200 milliseconds or less) and Cumulative Layout Shift (visual stability, target 0.1 or less).
Does my Dubai website need English and Arabic versions?
Not always, but if your audience searches in both languages, separate Arabic and English pages with correct hreflang tags help Google show the right version and avoid duplicate content issues.
Do you work on WordPress, Shopify and custom sites?
Yes. I fix technical SEO on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and custom-built websites, working with your developer or implementing changes directly where access allows.
